pseudonym?
Write soon,
Mary
Mary--What a hook! That first line certainly grabbed my attention.
ReplyDeleteNo, I've never used one. However, if I ever got successful in a genre like romance, I would definitely use a pseudonym.
How 'bout you? Have you ever used a nom de plume?
I've only used one when I was young and out with my girlfriends in a bar one night ;) Thanks for this interesting info.
ReplyDeleteI've thought about it, but have never come up with a good one!
ReplyDeleteNo, though I have a friend who publishes romance novels. She uses one name for her "tame" books and another for her more risque ones.
ReplyDeletePat
Critter Alley
What a great list.
ReplyDelete#7, George Eliot, aka Mary Ann Evans, brings back a memory.
In high school I wrote a book report on "Silar Marner," one of my all-time favorite books. When I wrote about how much I admired Mr. Eliot's writing, the goodly nun who taught English wrote in red ink that Mr. Eliot was actually a woman named Mary Ann Evans.
Thanks for sharing your story! How do you know unless someone tells you?
